New for 10/11 - Sleek design and graphics inspired by the F/A 22 fighter jet, the Raptor is our flagship high performance freeride/freecarve snowboard. This is the replacement for the Titan.

We’ve taken our legendary Titan freeride model to a new level in carving, stability and all mountain versatility by reinforcing the new NS SuperLight wood core with our new extensive Carbonium Laminate Technology. The result is a lightweight ultimate freeride weapon that has unmatched power and response.

We’ve also created a new directional Rocker/Camber profile specifically for the Raptor that combines a longer front camber and rear shifted rocker which increases carving performance, high speed stability and powder flotation. The Carbonium Damping System (CDS) eliminates excess vibration, and the lightweight super-durable Carbonium topsheet sets this board apart from all others.

Never Summer’s new rocker designed freestyle lineup featuring R.C. Technology (rocker & camber) and Vario Power Grip sidecut geometry combines a rocker freestyle feel with all mountain high speed performance. Unlike older generation rocker designs that may perform well in powder and parks but lack stability and edge hold when riding fast, our combined rocker and camber (R.C. technology) design destroys anything in its path from parks to steeps, to powder and high speed cruisers.

This new technology blends an NS custom rocker profile with separate camber areas at each end of the the board, providing unmatched power and snap out of turns. This also provides better board tracking for high speed stability and performance. The Vario Power Grip sidecut works perfectly with this new design by adding increased edgehold precisely where it’s needed most; from 2 inches outside of each binding, inward towards the center of the board providing added control and response in any condition.

12 weeks of testing was done by all level of riders in all types of terrain and in all conditions. The feedback has been 99% positive and has given us confidence to move forward and implement this technology immediately. Never Summer Industries looks to be one of the leaders with the development and implementation of this new technology. The boards have been tested on all terrain in every condition and everyone absolutely loves the feel. The performance in not only park and pipe with butters, presses, and ollies being much easier; but also riding powder, trees, and steeps is incredible for the freestyle riders that are pushing the performance of the boards.
